Skinny Cookies ‘n Cream 35-Calorie Cookies

- 1 tablespoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, “Lite” (40 calories)
 - 3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream (30 calories)
 - 1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend, "Brown Sugar" (105 calories)
 - 1 tablespoon liquid egg-beaters or egg-whites (8 calories)
 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (3 calories)
 - Splash of molasses (optional)
 - 3/8 cups all-purpose flour (150 calories)
 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda (1 calorie)
 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (1 calorie)
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 132 mini semisweet chocolate chips (70 calories, may replace with two large blocks of unsweetened Baker's chocolate)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
 - Combine butter, sour cream, Truvia BB and molasses.
 - Beat on low speed using a hand-mixer until combined.
 - Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
 - Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
 - Add in chocolate chips. I actually used two cubes of unsweetened Baker’s chocolate at 90 calories, chopped.
 - Bake for about 7 – 9 minutes, depending on your want for crispiness.
